I was able to use the app with no problem and it was useful for booking my pickup. My driver, Irfan, was very professional and efficient. We had a brief conversation but traffic was heavy, and I preferred to let him focus on navigating, which he did safely and speedily. An excellent experience and a low stress way for me to end my trip.

After great experiences with WP I am done with them. I'm a travel agent so they've lost quite a lot of business. Driver no shows. No communication. No easy way for passenger to contact WP for immediate assistance. "It may take 20 minutes to answer your chat." Have to search app for resolution. "Under review." Done with them. Can't leave people waiting in the literal cold like that. App is great for ordering but fails if you have any kind of issue.

We used Welcome Pickups for multiple trips in Spain and Malta with absolutely no issues. The drivers were always waiting for us. I loved that a driver was assigned to us far in advance (at least 24h), which allowed plenty of time for communication and coordination. My only suggestion would be adding the ability to tip via the app. You have to have cash if you want to tip, which we did not on our arrival from the US
