After i completed the setup, my ax1500 e15 doesnt connect to my wifi, only blinking orange. I moved it somewhere closer, doesnt work either. Edit : In the end, I fixed the issue by setting it up using the website it provided, and updated the firmware MANUALLY. So the app is useless in first place since there was no connection to begin my sign in. 😕

The app and eagle pro series products are just suck. I bought 1 router r15, a pair of m15, and a pair of e15. After hours of setting (I don't know why it took so long to configure, others brand just plug and play.), used for 1 day, all the extenders lost connection with the router. No WiFi signal from extenders and they are not showing in the app. I had to restart the main router so that all extenders could reconnect. Please advise.

Set it up initially was great and worked no worries but after about a week one of the extenders stopped working and I had to reset whole system, now when I'm trying to set up the app keeps crashing, logging me out half way through set up. I've completely reset all the devices and started from scratch nut this is bugging out hard and I'm at breaking point ready to launch all 3 and my phone into the stratosphere... massive F U to this glitchy shirty app and wasting my time and money.
