Customer service is the worst of any betting platform I've ever used. Their withdrawal process takes up to 5 days to process, while they make some interest on your money. Every other site, fanduel, espnbet, twinspires, the deposit to the bank is instant. Avoid this platform at all costs.

Removed biometric login? All of a sudden my biometric login is gone and not in the settings. Makes signing in every single time an absolute pain. I liked the app before this change.

They want to charge 5 dollars to deposit money and may be charged more by your bank because it is looked at as a cash advance. I want to spend money on betting not stupid fees or other bs. What a cash hungry entity that charges you to lose money to them. The thrill I had to bet on line for the Kentucky derby is now replaced by disgust after this experience.
