Ratings and reviews

The app is functional for the most part, however, there is no auto save feature for drafts, so if you accidentally hit your home screen button. You just lost several paragraphs & photo upload time. Secondly, it's hard to get traction as a new user. Scamming & bad quality is such a rampant issue, no one wants to chance a new seller. Without boost, your items are incredibly far down the search as well. I wish it were more intuitive like old Mercari with saved searches and notifications.

I've been using depop happily for years, but in the past few months (notably when I gained a bit of weight and set the search sizes to larger) the search function hasn't been showing me clothes in the correct sizes; it shows about 50% of listings with smaller sizes than I selected, which is really annoying and it's making it really difficult to actually find clothes in my size. Again, I used this app so much for years, it's really disappointing to be alienated now that I'm above a size M. Idk.

The app was running great and I loved it for a day but then the technical difficulties started to set in..I was kicked out of my account the moment I was about to buy an item (already had trouble buying it because it wouldn't go through.) And it's been about 5/6 hrs and I haven't gotten an email even though the app tells me "an email to change your password has been sent".
