Completely junk app More than half the time it gives an error without any resolution to the error. Have to close out and reopen only to get the same error 2 minutes later. I can't properly upload pics, it removes uploaded pics even after "successful upload". On top of that every activity requires paid subscription (messages, replying to messages, etc), even though the app constantly gives error

I am highly disappointed with the customer support. My membership was renewed 20 hours earlier, while I planned to cancel it a few hours before expiration. The expiration was supposed to be on 04-03-2024, but instead, the pakage was renewed on 03-03-2024 at around 04:15am. Email was sent with proof to the customer support team, who until now has failed to reply back to me on my refund request.

I would like to suggest an enhancement regarding the communication feature. It would be great if there was a texting option for matched individuals. Currently, even after getting matched, there's no way to initiate contact, making it challenging to explore potential connections. Introducing a chat feature would allow users to decide whether to continue their interaction or to unmatch,
