Not well thought out. The app works fine but it needs to have in-app-notifications, especially for Faults. It does provide an email option but our techs aren't sitting at a desk all day with their email open.

App simply crashes on my Galaxy s20 plus. Will review properly as soon as I am able to open it and log in.

Too much buffering, need auto fill or remember id password option in this
