About this app

MyMeal is an inpatient meal ordering app. MyMeal allows users to directly view menu options and place meal orders. Available menu courses and menu items are based on patient's current diet and allergy information from MyDining. MyMeal is only accessible for designated patients in an inpatient facility where MyDining is used.

Ratings and reviews

App is clunky and not intuitive. My hospital has a complex idea of a meal "entree, 2 Side, roll, dessert, beverage". The items in the menu should clearly say what they fall under, and the shopping cart should show if you ordered too many of one classifiction, or not enough of another. Additionally, if I'm on some kind of diet plan, the app should just not show things I can't order. I used the app, and the food staff still had to call me because the app isn't doing all it should be.

Good start, but needs a few improvements to make it easier to use.

Very easy to use. Nice, to be able to order food in an app when in hospital.

What's new

- The application now applies Prisma Health colors and logos based on the facility code used during login. This feature offers a customized look and feel depending on your facility.
- If placing a paid meal order for a guest meal, you can now view a receipt for that order in the active orders screen.
- Fixed minor bugs.
