Im using this app for my business. But your pool listings are confusing and when assigned a lead . it should lock out others trying to reach the lead

This used to be a really good app, and it was one of the main reasons why I joined Commission Inc, and why I pay the very expensive monthly rate. My first several years of using it, it was a very good and easy to use, I never had a problem with it. Until recently they did an update on it, now it is confusing to use, and now I am no longer able to send emails or properties from the app to my clients. I have deleted the app several times, and reinstalled it, I have sent several emails. No help.

This app is terrible. First when I try to send a text message it says that my CINC number is not registered but I know it is. 2nd it shows all my leads as N/A rather than the correct status they are in. Constantly need to delete reboot and reinstall. Very annoying.
