Since the recent update i am unable to use the app it goes to a browser for my creds then it comes back to the app with an error message to try again later. I can sign in just fine on a computer but the app is useless. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times to no avail. Prior to this update the app was working just fine.

This app has been consistently excellent for years. I can pay my bill easily with only about 4 taps. I have never had to reenter information except when changing addresses. Stream-lined, intuitive, and full of helpful energy usage stats so you can monitor your consumption vs your neighbors, find discounts on bulbs and appliances, opt to have your electricity sourced from sustainable wind and solar...more than you'd ever need from a utility app but all useful features. I love this app!

App was working fine. Then I got a message app was under going maintenance. Now instead of the app opening it switches to a browser. Developer takes an app that works fine and screws it up. As of 11 March 2024 app is still useless. I can sign in on line using same credentials but can not sign in using app. I just installed app so it is up to date.

Our apologies for the issue you're having with our app. We’re working with Google to address the caching issue. For now, please update the app directly from the Google Play store instead of the ComEd Mobile App. Wait a few minutes & then you’ll be able to login. You may have to repeat this step a few times, but so far this workaround is working.
