Ratings and reviews

Constantly gets stuck on drains. No they are not on when it happens. Can't be left alone for this reason. No intelligence that I can see even after upgrades. will continue to go to the same spots while ignoring others, not always the same ones. Will pass over a leaf or small pebble several times and not pick it up. Rarely will lift when asked. I think it doesn't have enough power or suction. Design seemed good, but execution is just not passing the test.

What to say about the app interface it feels like a child wrote it barely functions enough to make the heater go on and off. The graphical page with history on it Only gives me a week of infornation the graphical line between the history of run time and are not accurate, Nearly impossible to read and cowalate info. You all keep bugging me to rate it so I'm gonna rate it.

No support? Initially I loved this app. Made it easy to control the temp in my home. My issue now rises from the fact that upgrading my phone has rendered the app useless. I was able to install it but it refuses to open. Also disappointed in the lack of support as I have reported the issue I am having with no response or fix. Initially used the app on a Pixel 6 Pro and it worked fine but cannot get it to work on a Pixel 8 Pro.
