Beware! This app has major flaws. Do not try to cancel a reservation on a mobile device. I used this app to book parking but had to cancel several weeks before the trip. I followed the "easy" instructions and the app displayed a canceled message. Two weeks later, I started to book parking for a trip in October and saw my first booking was still active and too late to cancel. Tried contacting through email twice and had no response. Charged $73.00. Great way for CLT airport to increase revenue.

Really simple to use, explains in detail the parking options and price-points and helps those of us who are not well-versed in travel feel more confident about traveling without complications.

Quick and easy reservation. We've used this twice and enjoy the ability to reserve and makes the traveling process a breeze. Thank you "CLT"!
