Brush works great. App needs a ton of work. The whole point of a smart brush is the ability for smart routines. Went to add a new routine for a new brush head, and while it states it synced, none of my routines are showing as active and the smart light will no longer select on any of my brush heads. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, removed the device and added it back. Basically don't waste the money on the smart brush when the basic will work just as well.

I bought my Mia Smart on Black Friday. It worked great for like a month with the app, and then it stopped pairing, the app wasnt showing that I was using the device at all, it wouldnt sync the routines I had customized. Essentially I could have bought the $100 Clarisonic and had the same functionality. FINALLY it seems that they've gotten their app & Bluetooth issues repaired and its working again beautifully! I wanted to wait to leave a review until it was fixed, since I love my Clarisonic!

Not Very "Smart." Just paid the $200. Ignored the negative reviews and thought well, maybe not me. I was wrong. After 3 attempts to sync with my phone it finally connected (logging all three attempts as an actual use). After quick survey "custom routine" was setup. Popup states to press the power button until the device moves to the newly created routine. It will not do so. Only options are the two built in ones. I have paid for a Mia Smart that isn't.
