Ratings and reviews

Had a transaction fail, but the bank didn't return my money for a month. When they finally approved it they sent me to a location that no longer existed, making me waste hours away from my job. Even after it was resolved, I've spent days unable to access my money in "Ahorro Fácil" with no explanation given. Overall, it is a terribly unreliable app paired with extremely cumbersome customer service.

Doesn't use unique user name rather it has you type in acct number or credit card number as username. Which is a pain if you happen to be logged off and lost card without access to information.

the app it's not clear about the breakdowns, it requires gets more details about espendings customer does , like payments using the card to pay.
