Ratings and reviews

COE is great, but the app is terrible. I open my course, and it is blank, or the wording is all white, like the background. I'm not sure which, but I can not use the app at all. I am stuck using the web version. Save yourself time and space by using the website and not getting the app that does not work nor have settings to adjust light/dark or anything else! Also, it seems this is a known issue as many reviews of the same thing and COE hs done nothing to fix it!

COE is very informative but I'm on the go a lot & chose these courses because of the app. Now the app isn't working and it's ridiculous. I can access all my materials from my computer but when I log into the app there aren't any words just bullet points where words should be. The pictures are loading and everything. My audio book works completely fine but my other courses aren't visible at all. I wanted to buy a couple more courses but the words are like faded out. Please fix!

I have one major issue with the app and that has to do with the course content will just stop in mid-paragraph and the rest of it's just gone. I can't click on any of it to make it appear. It's just gone and I can't access it. If I used the app a lot more it would be more of a problem, but I don't. The other problem I had is turning in my notes on the assessment would cause it to crash and wouldn't ever send. Other than that, I think the app is good. Great Customer Service!!
