This app is straight garbage! Won't even let me log in I put in my information and I click log in and than it freezes on the log in page. It says I am logged in but it just freezes on the log in screen. Garbage app don't waste your time trying to download and use. I like Health Net but they really need to put out a better mobil app for their customers one that actually has basic functions that actually work. Please put out a way better app health net.

You think I would have been smart enough to see all the horrible reviews and decide not to download this app. But I was hoping that someone would have fixed it by now. Not only does this app suck but this company sucks big ones. They have my Emergency provider 3 hours away from my home. REALLY? if it is an emergency I'm not driving 3 hours nor would I ask anyone I call a friend to drive me. This coverage is a racket to swindle money from the government claiming to offer Healthcare.

App is still glichty... won't let me log in but when it does its one time and as soon as I log out or back out of it won't let me log in unless I rest my password, plus on top of that in the app says only for California residents. App really needs some upgrading or something a new developer idk but it's ridiculous, and frustrating that it's that much hassle to log in to something. My plan just started too. So app/online is no good. But they do have a cool virtual calling for appointments.
