The allow list lets you receive phone calls from numbers that you have identified as “A-okay”.

If your phone carrier's Caller ID has identified a call as SPAM, we will block it.

Block Spoofed Similar Numbers
Scammers commonly call from a similar number, called spoofing, to trick you into answering the phone. The Block Spoofed Similar Numbers feature automatically blocks these callers. Contacts are always allowed through and won't be blocked, even if a contact number is similar to yours.

Call History and Automatic Lookups
Call Control Home will display recent calls made to your landline from our mobile app and will provide caller name information if it's contained within our database. So you'll know which of your recent calls were spam and get the caller names of local businesses and individuals (if available).

Premium Reverse Lookups
You can lookup the caller name for any phone number you'd like to search for. This is a handy feature if you want to find out who owns a phone number or if a friend gets an unknown call and you want to find out who it is. The Community results will always be free, but if we don't have information about a number in our database, the Premium lookup searches third party databases to get the information for you.

Wasted money on the junk device. Can't create an account. "Oops something went wrong error" constantly. This means you can't proceed any further. Can't set up and begin using the device at all. Turns out your app does not work on Android 7, although it says it works on Android 6 and up. Even after creating the account on a newer phone, I can't go back and log in with my phone. Therefore, I can't share my contacts or use the app to do anything.

Does not automatically update recent calls. I've been using this for a few months and one everything comes in as a no number even if it has the number two in order to update the app so you can actually work with numbers do you have to go in and reset the app and your device every single time. Tried it today the last entry that's in the app is January 28th and I block calls everyday. I have updated this numerous times roughly once a week since I've had it and it just stopped updating

Device is constantly offline. Has to be re-booted nearly every day and re-installed several times a day. I can't believe the software is so poorly written that the device cannot see my router even when it is 2 feet away. You can't be serious about selling this as a solution for controlling spppam.
