The Blast Golf Swing & Stroke Analyzer** is a highly accurate, advanced 3D motion capture system that records your actions and uses Bluetooth® Smart technology to connect to your Android device.*** There’s no need to alter your natural swing and there are no power buttons or controls to get in your way. The Blast Golf Swing & Stroke Analyzer knows when to dynamically power-up for capturing metrics in real-time. It even stores data on the Swing & Stroke Analyzer when your mobile device is out of range and downloads your actions to the Blast app as soon as you reconnect.

Ratings and reviews

This is definitely underwhelming. I started using it yesterday and now the data appears corrupted. When I check tempo in the dashboard or progress screens it appears with random data at 0 making my averages completely useless to train with. The core concept and functionality seems sound. But the execution leaves much to be desired. Also, the fact the Android app is so far behind iOS is disappointing as I had hoped those metrics would be available.

App delays, freezes, and crashes on Android. When it finally works it won't sync with sensor. Owned two years ago and same issues. Apple and its GOLDEN, android & it's garbage. Update: got a response and they blamed it on low ram, memory, and..."When the app is acting irregular I usually restart the app first and then force close the app. Followed by the power cycle of the phone. The app should behave as it did before completing this process." Lastly remove and re-install. Still garbage.

This whole system is broken. Bought the device and loaded the program. Tried to use it and it didn't work. Submitted a help desk ticket to try and resolve the issue and I was told they haven't figured out Android software interface. Signed up for the premium access, one month trial, and that is ending and they want to charge for "premium access", that does not work... Can't believe they got Brad Faxon to endorse this junk...
