This is by far the worst experience logging in on any app I have ever used. Every single time I log in it always says "please check your email and password " then I use my fingerprint and it never works. I am absolutely out of my mind. Definitely works on my computer. No problems at all but as far as the phone, just fall on a samurai sword. Believe me, much easier!!!

I'm having an issue logging in right now to accept a settlement, so it's important. I keep getting a whole screen cover (blue and pink in color) from BF advising that they've improved their app and to update it. I tried. I'm using the most updated version. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice. It's still acting up. It's the same for the website. Advising to update bit there is no update bc I'm using the most updated version. Frustrating!

I am so appreciative of this program through Beyond Finance. I was suddenly overwhelmed with credit card debit. I didn't want to file bankruptcy to cancel debit. Beyond Finance has made a way for me to stop using credit card to replenish food and pay bills. I was making the required monthly payments only to turn around and reuse those funds made on credit cards. The stress release from their assistance has given me some relief and knowing my creditors are being satisfied is an awesome!
