Ratings and reviews

The registration process on this app needs to be fixed! It complains that a preferred phone must be selected, but there is no such field. It won't let you register, thus the app is useless. UPDATE:. You'll need to register on your PC, and then you can login and use the app. Hence, I can't say the app is useless. Though the registration process on the app does need to be fixed, because many won't get passed it and will be frustrated and give up like I almost did.

I can't even begin to tell you how frustrating it is to use this app. Try to establish an account and before you can even log on it will tell you you haven't filled out (preferred phone) field, which do not even exist. Thank you for wasted time frustration. Your app is a big fat zero!

App does not allow me to sign up. It complains that "Please fill out the following fields: [PreferredPhone]" but yet the phone field IS filled in! This is useless to me at a time when I may need it. I will tell my place of work not to bother with this service.
