Since their last update, I can no longer log in! I can log in to the website just fine. I have changed my password, I've uninstalled and re installed. Nothing works. I tried emailing their support, and it comes back as not sendable. I had been working with the care team to get a rheumatologist. If you wait too long to respond they close your chat. So all that work that's been done is gone. There is no care team chat on their website. Was hoping to finally get help, but now I'm back to zero.

I'm unable to successfully search for covered providers in the app, and when I go to the website, it automatically redirects me to the app. Same result on a mobile device, laptop, and desktop... unable to search for providers.

So good I now travel 30 minutes for my visits since she moved out of my home town to another city.
