Honestly, this app is a nightmare to use in my experience. I constantly get redirected to the sign-in screen when I'm trying to shop. The app refuses to send me an email to reset my password. It refuses to process any order with a PO box address (the ONLY address I can accept mail/packages) unless I remove xyz item, which is always the entire cart. It also won't allow me to set a store location to pickup, for unknown and, more importantly, unexplained reasons. I guess its back to Amazon for me:(

This app is atrocious! It's not letting me sign in and keeps flashing me back to the sign in page. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing to see if that helped. Not to mention, the way you have to search books is horrible. Why are there so many options, but I can never actually find anything beyond the same 5 "recommended" books!!! Edit: This app is still horrible. Got a new phone,and it won't log me in. Won't accept my security question answer,so I opt for the email. Email never arrives.

I mainly use this app as a way to a list of books I want to read in the future. I have a tendency to not remember my passwords because most apps have a 'stay signed in' option. So I don't like that it signs me out after each use. Not to mention, it runs slow and can be faulty. I tried to use a reward, and I couldn't at check out. I just tried to send an email to reset my password, and it's saying it's an invalid email. FIX IT
