Terrible Customer Experience. I've been using this app since November of last year. All of a sudden the app won't work, can get my info to load and it keeps giving me an error message. Called customer service and after 30 min of run around, deleting the app, clearing cache, reloading the app, I was basically told there was nothing they could do. The CS agent I spoke with kept insisting I didn't have an email on file. I asked her then how I was able to sign up for the app? No response.

This app is beyond horrible. I would rather give it zero stars than one star. Like others have stated, even though it's accessing the same EDD card information tied to you, you have to use a different login via desktop access instead of the same login for the app. So why the hell would you use the bloody app if you can only log in succesfully on a desktop? Installed and uninstalled the app twice, just to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. Nope, it just really sucks. Unbelievable.

An extremely frustrating to use, barely functional mandatory app. I can't update the billing address because there's an "error" every time. Frustratingly, I can't even transfer my money. I try to using the app but it sends me to the website to link an account. I can't log in using the same credentials as the app and for whatever reason I can't create an account either. Every time I (CORRECTLY) enter the info it asks for it tells me it isn't correct and leaves it at that. Horrible!
