PlusPass™ is an application users can download to register and pay for travel on toll roads.

Using the PlusPass™ App
1. DOWNLOAD APP Users download the app to their Android device.
2. CREATE ACCOUNT Create an account by entering their email address and creating password.
3. REGISTER PAYMENT Register a payment mechanism - PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover.
4. TAKE LICENSE PHOTO Using your phone or camera enabled Android device, take a photo of the entire back of your vehicle from the left side bumper to the right side bumper, including a clear, readable image of the license plate.
5. DRIVE ROAD Users can use all toll roads in Texas and Washington State. The toll road operator will take a picture of the back of user’s vehicle and associate the license plate with the account on file and payment mechanism registered. The user is charged the toll amount. The user is only charged when using the toll road.

IMPORTANT: PlusPass does not work on toll lanes equipped with gates, or toll lanes marked "Only", for example "SunPass Only".

Ratings and reviews

Tried to use this with a move and it completely failed. Vehicle showed as active, everything was setup correctly and showed that it should have worked. Sent in feedback about it and received a response that was a prepared statement and not helpful in the least. Get a temp tag from your states highway pass location they are cheaper, easier and they actually work.

Amazing service easy and way more affordable than my local options. And with no upfront cost or deposits. And no special equiomemt tags or stickers to install print or wait to be mailed. Simply sign up enter my card snap a pic wait for appeoval. Which has never taken more than a few hours. I can even add friends car while thet are intown and quickly remove them when they leave.

I've been having issues with my valid card on file. The app says it's not valid yet I'm getting money taken out of my bank from plus pass as of yesterday. When readding my card--stillba problem. This app also use to give more accurate toll locations now I get random charges and no proof of toll usage on actual app.
