It doesn't work. It is the app provided by my insurance but will never connect to that insurance. When it has that error, the app just asks you to pay cash. It doesn't tell you what the issue was connecting to your insurance or give you any options to change the information that you entered, or provide any help. And you have to enter seven pages of information before you get to that point, so if you want to try again you have to manually enter it all again. For nothing.

I think this is a pretty good alternative when you just can't make it to a doctor or they can't schedule you soon enough! I waited for a physician for about 8 minutes, and my phone stayed on while i was on hold did i didn't worry about my session timing out, which was nice. My physician was very nice and helpful, got me a prescription right away! As for the app itself it is pretty straightforward and intuitive, the menu could use more leading between items and I'd change "Settings" to "Account"

Constant errors with reading insurance information. Many times it cannot contact my insurance and makes me pay full price. Multiple emails to customer service to resolve. Then after resolving the issue, it only takes a month to go right back to not reading insurance Not sure if this is an app issue or what. Frustrating when you can't have your appoint. because it can't read your insurance. Also once you get to the point of cost, it will not let you back out and have to pay the full price.
