Items are more often then not broken or missing crucial items. You absolutely can not shop based off pictures. They will Not show or warn you of broken or missing pieces. They may notate it sometimes but You Must go into the store and examine the items, or everything you think you've saved will be spent on throwing items in the trash. $30 for 1 return a month, may be useful to buy large items, once a month with your return, but much better off with temu for 90% of the items.

Good app overall! Occasional lag on notifications but nicely user friendly. Buying returns can lead to some chaff among the wheat, but it is obvious care is taken to be accurate in the descriptions. The people at the Warren location are consistently great to deal with, helpful, and friendly. Service and response to problems are as good or better than anyone. Be patient, have fun, and save money!

Great, However, there's no real "how to" use it. I learned by trial & error. TIPS- ALWAYS click 3 lines at bottom right, then select "search by location" beware that some things WILL be damaged or missing parts. I always choose "like new" never "open box" but people I know have gotten great things open box, I'm just not that lucky! Customer service is wonderful. They fixed it when I was new & won an item 700 miles away from me! Lol! Most locations are clean & have helpful stuff...Most.
