I have enjoyed using this app to help me learn Indonesian. It has several different kinds of learning to reinforce the lessons such as listening, recording & hearing your own voice (along with a helpful assessment), writing, a "conversation" with the app "host". My one request would be the option to learn informal Indonesian for speaking with friends rather than formal for speaking with strangers.

I liked this app because it was pleasant to use when I am tired or a little indisposed. I would have given it five stars if there were more microphone lessons. Update Feb 2019 Still trying everytime I holiday in Bali. I would like to see better sound quality and better use of speech recocnition. This app seems to improve my interaction with indonesions even if my brain freezes as soon as I try to say any thing.

I've been using this app for 2 months now as a paying member, and I must say, it is totally worth it. I've learned so much so quickly. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is serious about learning a new language. If you find it hard to motivate yourself to learn, keeping an eye on where you are on the leaderboard encourages you to be competitive and consistent with your learning. This has certainly worked to keep me motivated. This app is good quality and fun to use. One thing I would like to see added is a feature that allows you to chat with other users. Currently you can follow other users but there is no way to chat.
