I have the same problem as others - the ad system is ill-behaved and I am frequently booted from the game waiting to be returned from an ad. A-Star's approach ("send us a screen shot") is inadequate. Instead of waiting for the ad to return control to the game code, they should set a timer in their code that allocates a maximum allowable time for an ad to run and then automatically return the player to the game board if the time limit is reached.

Been playing this game for years. Recently they've changed the ad system. Now half of the time you play when an ad comes on you're stuck there in the ad. By the time you get "unstuck" you get booted by other players from the game. I've notified A-Star about it and they did nothing other than offer free credits so you can continue getting booted. DO NOT DOWNLOAD this game. I say that because I notified them months ago about this and they've done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Don't bother.

Horrible app! Constantly locks up with ads between hands and you get booted middle of the game. Lots of trolls that purposely waste your tokens and/or try to make you lose. Hands dealt don't seem to be balanced - if you're winning suddenly you only get small hands over and over until the other team catches up. There are way better apps out there! Ummm, except I've been sending email about which ads, literally for years, and it isn't any better. All new ads do this for some reason. Incompetence?
