With the ACU Wallet app from Associated Credit Union, you can easily and securely access your ACU Visa debit and credit cards anytime, anywhere all from your mobile device! This app is free to download and is a great way to put more card control in your hands.

Once you’ve created a new secure Username, Password, and have loaded your ACU debit and credit card, you’ll have access to:

• Turn your debit and/or credit card on/off if you’ve misplaced it or for enhanced security.
• Set dollar limits or block certain purchase types
• Set up transaction alerts to manage debit and credit card account activity.
• Check your balance and recent transactions.
• Find ATM locations worldwide.

Use this app in conjunction with "Associated Credit Union" app to get the most benefit out of your card.

Note: This app uses the Device Administrator permission.

Initially when I installed the app it worked perfectly for about 2 months. Then all of a sudden it just stopped working and would not allow me access. I notified ACU and they had no answer. Finally after several conversations with Associated Credit Union they thought maybe it was a problem with Visa. I still have heard nothing back to them they did admit patent update had been made and that my problem is that I'm using an Android. Not everybody has an Apple phone.

This app really sucks. What if someone has an emergency and cant get into the app to unlock the card ? Too many times i have had to uninstall and redownload the app just to get in it. ACU needs to do something way better than this, or at least have the option to call and ask to unlock the app without having to go through all this nonsense. if it was an option for negative stars to give thats what i will give the developer of this app. a big Fact NEGATIVE ZERO. NOTHING. DO BETTER

Garbage. I am not going to make a new account for ACU to use this. It should be tied to the current account and existing app. Installed it, got to make a new account. tried existing logins for ACU- did not work, then I stopped and deleted this junk. Try again. I pay you good enough money you can do better.
