I usually don't bother rating apps. This one deserves a gold star or 5 though as it makes keto diet much easier. Being an experienced cook reading the recipes has allowed me to get a pretty firm understanding of the chemistry and technical aspects of keto cooking. My all time favorite think it's amazing is the "My Kitchen" area ... wow nice

The ui isn't good. It would have been good if the calories were shown by the food on recipe section. I have to individually check every recipe I am eyeing to know how much of a calorie it has.

It says hundreds of recipes. I paid for this very affordable, because its a perfect concept easy to use. Easy to save favorites. Very simple, but very few recipes. I hope they ad more. Same thing with the smoothie app. Very limited. Check before you buy.
