UPDATE: App is MUCH better now after 2/20/24 patch. Issues below were fixed. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Constantly crashes. Multiple phones connected to my appliance all report constant crashing and recommend uninstalling. It doesn't send push notifications due to crashing. There is no way to reset each filter individually. Two filters last 3 months, and the third lasts 6 months. You have to replace all 3 to see their statuses in the app. Replacing only 2 will cause the third one to malfunction.

This app is pure garbage! If you can get it so show & connect to your purifier, the information will not update no matter what I do. It shows the purifier as stopped when it's clearly purifying the water & I have to guess when it comes to needing to change out my filters, because the app simply does not work. Yes, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app & it is updated. Other than a useless app, the purifier works well.

Hello, We are sorry to hear the app is not giving you the correct readings, (Do you see there is a SYNC button on the top right? Can you proceed by pressing the button pleae and let me know the update.

Changed my pre/carbon filter once it said it was at 8% and close to being depleted, but the app still reads my pre/carbon filter is at 8%. No way to reset it at all. Tried the reset button on back of the machine, and nothing. Same thing when trying to reset the filter life to 100% in the app. It says "Request sent. Filter will update within a minute", but it never does. Edit: Now as of 2-8-24 the wifi doesn't even work. Tech support is useless, and won't honor extended warranty I paid for.
