We have had nothing but problems with this App. It's always something with this App, & every year I rewrite this post to list the newest problem. This year's?? I get errors that won't allow me access to the cameras or control the setting of the alarm. I have to restart my phone to fix it for a day or two. We pay for the cameras, other than that Amp Smart really does work for us. We hardly turn on the alarm due to the faulty app giving erroneous info. We are limited to 1 user on the app.

It's too expensive for what you get. The cameras never work & for them to come fix, you are charged a fee. My truck was broken into and almost robbed (they ended up just breaking the key entry), the camera didn't pick up a damn thing. I contacted customer service & they were no help at all. I tried to cancel, but they have a massive cancelation fee. Worst decision, never recommend. They try to amend the situation by sending a tech to fix problems. Window 12-5 & doesn't show due to car problems.

The app sucks and the whole system sucks. I think its just a system created to invade our privacy because it sure doesn't thwart off burglars. No notifications on the outdoor cameras. Lagging notification on motion detection, doorbell ring, and alarm system. Its not compatible with Alexa or Google. I cannot wait until this contract is over!! Waste of my money!!!
