Been trying for 7 hours to get a telemedicine visit but the system keeps saying my insurance doesn't allow them but they Do and ive been a patient before. Tried talking to customer service and she kept trying to blow me off She's put me on hold for more than 2 hours hoping I would just hang up. I tried several times to use chat feature but app keeps crashing. Terrible experience

It was so fast and convenient. With the knowledge of the staff it was helpful. For my first experience it was amazing. Definitely using again and will reccomend.

Takes 30 minutes just to enter birth date. Plus click on join room button, then nothing happens. It's just garbage
