A great idea but SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED! Once app fails, then the web one won't work because you can't login. Resetting passwords should not be waiting 20+ minutes for the reset link and should not say your password failed to change after that much waiting. An example of taking what worked (passwords) with something that does not work or is full of bugs. At least allow the hotels the option of being able to log in via password or pin. Requiring only pin means no backup plans.

This app is not working with Samsung A14. No tab found and when guest message we dont receive any notification. I have to open the app and check every hour to make sure no missing guest's booking or message. Such a terrible app!

Frustrating Experience I've been using this app for a while now, and it's disappointing to see that it's not mobile-responsive. Navigating through the interface on my phone feels like a constant struggle. Moreover, the app's speed leaves much to be desired – it's sluggish, making simple tasks a time-consuming process. Hoping for improvements soon.
