With the AcuraLink® app, you can:

• Remotely start your vehicle to have your engine warmed up and the interior set to a comfortable temperature before you get in. (Only available for the 2019+ RDX, 2021+ TLX, 2022+ MDX, and 2023+ Integra A-Spec w/ Technology (CVT))
• Remotely interact with your vehicle, including checking your fuel level, range and locking or unlocking your door
• Find where your vehicle is parked
• Receive Maintenance Minder alerts and schedule service appointments
• Send destinations directly to your vehicle navigation system (if equipped)
• Receive useful Feature Guide and Owner’s Manual/Guide for your vehicle
• Learn more about warning lamps and maintenance codes in the app
• Remotely flash lights/honk horn to more easily find your car when your key fob is out of range

Agree with others that this app is garbage; unfortunately you are forced to use it (and PAY for the service) if you want to start your car remotely. It is very slow to connect to the car. It continues to show maintenance is due even though the work was completed, and you can't dismiss the alert. You also can't dismiss the ad for MyQ Garage (another thing they expect you to PAY for) and the Dismiss button doesn't ever dismiss the ad. Most frustrating is you can't adjust the heat/cool settings.

App is useless! The fact that you have to use an app to start your vehicle is stupid. When it actually works and starts the car, you have to wonder if you are going to be able to get in it. Sometimes, the doors will not unlock. The key fob stops working. The only way to get in is to use the actual key in the door, or go back into the app and stop the engine. This issue has been going on for atleast three years. My 2021 model did the same thing. PUT A START BUTTON ON THE KEY FOB!!

App keeps crashing! Can't even open it, which means I can not use any of the features such as auto start, remote door lock, check mechanical details, nothing!! And there is no customer service to reach out to fix it or resolve the issue👎 Update 1/17/24 This app is still garbage. App shuts down asking me to re-log in every time even though I have set it to thumbprint open. It takes forever spinning to reset but my car stats aren't listed, autostart says "failure" more often than not. 🤷‍♀️
