Been w Acuity long before this app came along. Having the app, I thought, would be more convenient than connecting via browser, but the app itself is rather buggy. Today, for example, if a client hadn't called to notify me of a schedule change, I wouldn't know it. It's been hours since the change, yet the app still displays the old schedule. Not good at all. I'm going to stick w the browser, as cumbersome as it is. A scheduling app that doesn't update in real time is bad for business.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the app. Please contact our Customer Support team from the app using the in-app feedback tool. This can be done by shaking your device or taking a screenshot of the issue, then tapping “Report a Bug.

Ever since the October update, as an android user, it has been difficult. The Therapist names don't match the services on the app. So we have to click on clients names to see who they are really assigned to, being careful not to edit their services. Thanks to thnotifications now when I click my clients names, it doesn't show their contact information. Too bad it's not available on my Surface Pro 3. Not found in the Microsoft play store! Maybe soon? Bigger screens are so much easier to navigate.

I have had many more frustrating experiences with the app than pleasant ones. The app feels thrown together without considering the end user. It is slow loading, clunky, has gimmicky features, and is missing a TON of useful features (things that are no brainers and are available in the web app). I decided to leave a review today for two reasons: 1) I could not select multiple appointments to reschedule a weekly client, and 2) the "shake your phone to leave feedback" feature doesn't work. 🙄
