In 3 simple steps, you can have immediate access to your account. However to perform banking transactions on this app, you will be required to use your authentication token issued by Access Bank. In the event you do not have an authentication token, please visit any Access Bank branch to obtain a transaction PIN.

Please avoid upgrading to this app. Can no longer execute transfers. It either says 'session has expired' or some form of credit not on file. It worked a bit before this nonsense started. Not as intuitive as the old app, and much slower. As someone who designs and develops software for a living, I can say this is a badly written app. Seems it was not fully tested.

The upgraded app is VERY slow. Logging in and transactions take minutes (my internet connection was fast). Also, the new interface is very unintuitive... You have to seriously search the app for how to do some stuff. The upgrade "looks" better than the old app; however, every other feature, from transaction speed to interface design is worse. My advice: If it's not broken, don't fix it. The old app worked just fine. Improve on the speed of your app; prioritize intuition in design

This app is not working! I contacted the Nigeria CS, they said it's fine from their side, they told me to uninstall and reinstall that it's my network (It didn't work). I emailed the CS too, they did not reply message. This app Is a big mistake and I can never recommend it to anyone until they change it. It's been over two months and I can't access it. Would have rate it 0 if there was the option👎.
