About this game

Father and Son 2 is the sequel to the first video game in the world produced by an Archaeological Museum (the MANN in Naples).
If in the first episode we had experienced the story of Michael who came to Naples to give the last farewell to his archaeologist father at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, in Father and Son 2 we will find ourselves making important choices on the theme of love and family. The protagonist of the game this time is Gloria, already met in the past and now Michael's girlfriend. Employed at MANN as an assistant, waiting to finish her studies in Archeology, Sofia will accompany us on her journey to discover love and its many facets.
It will be a timeless love, as once again we will travel through the centuries, experiencing important chapters in the history of humanity. We will meet an ancient Etruscan in Capua in 475 BC, Cleopatra and Marco Antonio sailing in the Mediterranean and Charles Dickens at the time of his trip to Naples in 1844. Once again in the magnificent city that hosts the MANN, we will live the most tragic and exciting moments of the 4 days that shook Naples in 1943, during the Second World War.
Against the backdrop of these events, we will find ourselves visiting the halls of the MANN, one of the most important archaeological museums in the world, coming into contact with works and finds related to the historical characters present in the game.

A fitting sequel to the original. Same charm and pretty much the same experience. Though i will say that there are some parts i dont really like, like the story on the Roman road and archeology digging site. What i do like are both opening(including the little "recap") and ending, as well as music( it hits the whole "love without the loved one" perfectly).

Wanted to give it 5 out of 5 like first game because the storyline mixed with historic events, this is perfect for it. But only thing is that using of real images. In first chapter, all things are drawn out and are from real life but not their direct images. The usage of direct imagery gives little off-sense to the game otherwise a perfect game.😁

Although it is a short game it's lovely and a great follow up to the first game. If you love historical fiction this is the perfect game to play on breaks and or whenever you are bored and need something interesting to play though it only takes about 30 minutes to finish the entire game it is definitely worth it, 5 out of 5 stars would play again.
