Big disappointment going back with spectrum. I actually really liked the old Spectrum. Didn't really have too much problem with them. Now with just using an app to get my TV channels is horrible. When you turn the app on to watch TV. It takes at least a minute or so to get started. Then when you try and change channels or go to another channel that takes about 20 - 30 seconds to just go to the other channel. Uninstalled the Spectrum app and reloaded it 3 times in the last 3-4 months. Very disapp

Excruciatingly non-intuitive (or even moderately easy to comprehend) interface! Try figuring out how to record a show, even one that's currently playing. Also doesn't list some major, not obscure, channels that I watch often, and eventually can find by marching through all of the possibilities. I hate the prospect of using this app whenever I have to use it to record a program, and all the hoops you must leap through to delete any recordings that, by some miracle, you do manage to record!

Awful app. Constantly buffers and error messages. It's not my WiFi because this is literally the only app that has constant issues. I uninstall and reinstall all the time. Sometimes that will fix it for a few days before it goes back to being garbage. Spectrum won't fix their app though. Also ridiculous that they don't have a way to look at show or movie info like when I had their cable box and remote. FIX YOUR APP!!!
