[[ issue is fixed, checked on 4th May 2024, thank you. ]] I have confirmed again today (23rd April 2024) from the technical support team that it is an known issue that we cannot view the cards (both physical and virtual) from the app. I have reported this issue multiple times but it's not fixed yet.

Generally happy with the card and the app but all too often, it simply does not load. Having the best app in the world is of little use if one can never get it to work. Hopefully reliability of the app can be improved.

Insecure app. How can a random 3rd party phone number sign you out of your account. When calling the call centre, it says there is no log of another phone number trying to sign in to my account. Do better on security. It's a freaking transaction app. And when opening up the app why do I get a pop up saying that I was logged off because another phone number signed in to the account?

Please note that there might be a misunderstanding as it is not possible for a 3rd party phone number to sign out of your account for you. As per what our agent have mentioned, upon checks, there is no log of another phone number acting malicious on your account.
