I love the Fabulous approach! (I hate the shaming in some apps.) I ❤ the coaching, cheerleading, and community. But...I agree w/ Dee W's review asking for stats. I uninstalled Noom. They annoy me so much! But i want to track food and weight so I think I'll use their free tools. Many people really need to get away from focusing on the numbers, but it would be nice to have the option. I don't want to obsess over the scale and weigh myself every day but I do really like seeing that graph descending

It has been a positive experience for me. I've not utilized in full yet, but I am learning& improving in areas with mindfulness and awareness. This is what the app is all about too. Mindfulness and awareness towards healthy goals involving nutrition in all types of areas and I feel this all does justice for those who are in need of this mindfulness and guidance. I noticed a comment about there needing to be stats. However, though accuracy can track better. Mindfulness will give results naturally

It says "Goal: Record what you eat" and then it gives you the option to commit (or not) to the goal. When you commit, it marks the task as done already. Instead, after you commit to the goal, it should take you to the screen to actually track your food intake. Then once that's done, the goal should be marked as partially or fully completed. Also if you pay for both Fabulous and Shape, that's 80 dollars, right? Shouldn't both be heavily interactive with one another for 80 dollars?
