Their products are wonderful! However, customer service isn't so great. When they sent 2 camis in the correct size, but another 6 in the wrong size, it's a mess. You can try using their chat. The bot that links to customer service is annoying. You get a list of questions suggestion. If none of their prompts, you're sort of up that creak with no paddle. When you finally are sent to human beings.. the 2 I had were rude, condescending, while they are determining as to if you are worthy of them.

This app is in America Dollars. Will not change to Canadian. I found this app after the links sent to me by support did not work, except the one that was in Spanish. Can only contact support via their chat, after answering questions from the chat bot. No email address or contact info to be found. And like most companies the support is outsourced outside of North America, so communication problems arise. 2 chats were great but 3rd was definitely NOT. Enough to make me want to look elsewhere

After placing an order and paying for it, Shapermint emailed me a week later and told me that 2 items were out of stock (probably because it took a week to process the order) and they could bait and switch a replacement or give me a coupon. I followed up stating that I either wanted the items I selected or a refund for those items. I was told they'd be sent to me when a new order came in a couple of weeks. It's been months. They've ghosted me. I'm going to have to file a dispute.
