Ratings and reviews

Decent app for a good tea company. At least as of the last update, it doesn't always show what's available on the full website though, which is challenging sometimes. E.g. when looking at teaware, the app will not always have all of the available products. This also applied to searches as well. What could be found on the website was not available via the app. It did just get updated though, so hopefully this has changed.

This app has many glitches. I downloaded it to get the $15 off that was promised for your first purchase using the app, but it turns out that, although it doesn't mention it anywhere, you cannot combine that with their current black Friday promo. I chatted thru their website to try to get help, because my cart was also cleared out twice during my shopping in the app, but the chat said they couldn't help me, two promos can't be used. Constant freezing and glitching, false promo promises--beware!

App does not accept the 15% coupon like the website offers IF you buy through the app only. Also, to get to the menu, I have to back out of every item I have viewed. I am also unable to see my rewards I have accrued from previous purchases. Poorly executed and leaves a bad taste to have wasted so much time. Did not make a purchase. May not again.
