The UI is clean and beautiful, and the elevate card is working great. This is an awesome feature but You need to improve the conversation rate, which is less than wise, and you also need to improve the request for payment option because there is no option for the client to pay us without having an elevated account. Add option of request for payment option just like wise and payoneer so that the client can easily pay through thier credit card or paypal.

It is good but has some important features missing, like how can we send a payment request to our client for them to pay via their credit/debit cards. Secondly, we can transfer funds to UAE, UK, Europe, China and other countries except few. I recently have got issues with Biometric as well, my device has biometric but application is not detecting and enabling biometric sign-in

My ElevatePay experience was a nightmare. Despite submitting all required docs, I was stuck in verification for 3+ weeks with no updates, then rejected without reason. Their process lacks transparency, support sends automated responses, and my data feels trapped with them, which clearly violates GDPR compliance. Compared to competitors, they fall short on every aspect. Not Recommended, avoid at all cost!
