This is one of the worst mobile bank applications. Unstable, unreliable, and not easy to use.

Una aplicación llena de errores, unas veces funciona otras no, al igual que el sitio web. Una pérdida de tiempo total tratando de disponer de tu propio dinero. Llevo más de una semana tratando de hacer una transferencia internacional y no ha sido posible. A parte, me comunico con ellos por correo electrónico, y te piden llenar un formulario indicando todos los pormenores de los errores que te muestra, tras del hecho, hacerles el QA de la app. Pésima experiencia con la app y con la cuenta.

También se han corregido algunos procesos en las transferencias internacionales ¡Actualízala ahora! y sigue disfrutando desde cualquier lugar y en todo momento, de tu portafolio de inversión en las filiales del exterior del Grupo Bancolombia.
