Mathrubhumi's e-paper app is excellent. I've been using this app for three years. However, an update was recently issued, and the text version (integrated fonts) capability was removed. It is now extremely difficult to read the content. Even when I pinch zoom, reading an article takes longer. I use a mobile device. Previously, the user could read the content by selecting either an image or a text version. The fonts were legible and made it simple to read the text. Can I request to bring it back?

While reading the news, for going to one page from another we have to do swipe. Instead of this swipe if you provide buttons as in the web version, it will be good. Because while reading we have to zoom and swipe. During this swipe also it goes to next or previous page. So the buttons can solve this problem. Also offline reading is annoying. Please provide proper offline reading option also.

Pathetic. I had taken a one year e subscription for കോട്ടയം edition of the newspaper and was having a great time in Readwhere. Now in the new app the navigation is nearly impossible. I am stuck at Trivandrum edition which doesn't change to Kottayam even if I select it. The screen shows "loading" but it simply does not load even after half an hour. Is there any provision to cancel my subscription and get back the money?
