Worst experience of my life. I recently moved into a new apt block, and I do not lie every second day. If not the washer, the dryer is broken. It's so bad that I can't understand why such machines are in existence. Management can't even bother putting a sign to say broke. You can stand there for 10 minutes, thinking it's your issue or phone app not working. WoW is shocking for an app that supports omo. Service is the worst I have ever seen. So is it the machines or the app that is fault here?

The registration process is pitiful and full of flaws. You need to contact support for anything and it would take at least 2 days to fix an issue. The support is not available on the weekends, only on business hours.

No English/Spanish language for people who don't know Portuguese, no user friendly, only credit card available... The worse experience ever.
