Great exercises, amazingly bad UX, you can't simply decide to not workout in their app one day, they won't let you register that. If you decide to go on a walk or to a dance class, or something else. Trying to delete your account is freaking impossible 'cause the token is ALWAYS invalid (good thing I use gympass otherwise I'd be much more pissed). Edit:. Now I can't even change the exercises if I think they are to heavy for me. It's only getting worse!!

A great app, complete with fab workouts that really are applicable for all levels. I won't deny, I found the setup frustrating having answered loads of question received a plan & then told to subscribe to do it. However, I am able to modify using the free workouts which vary in type of activities & levels. It has a good interface. I love the way you have a weekly goal & earn points depending on the exercises you do. 4 days in and I'm happy with the progress I'm seeing onscreen and in person 😁

A very efficient app. They can maybe add a reminder like an alarm and maybe suggest what's the best time for activity. They can interactive a bit more with the our weigh, giving more spur. By the way very excellent exercises for the weigh losing.
