I just finished my first exercise with Recovery Connect. I was pleasantly surprised that the app has some important tools to help someone recover from bad choices in the past. Regardless if you are recovering from drugs or alcohol, The Recovery Connect app can help when you're having a hard day or just need some reassurance that YOU are important. Really is a great app, i love how i can be directly connected to my counselor anytime during the day, like all the features and the tools this app has to offer they are a great use, its a very useful app.! The program is also a really great program, the staff are amazing, i feel like they actually care about everybody in the program, and that our recovery is very much important to them as it is to us..im greatful for the program, thank you CMS yall are amazing.!

So far this app works pretty good. I like all the interactive ways to keep track of my recovery. I like the exercises that help me think through and manage my struggles and that the app has exercises and videos to help encourage me to keep going and not give up and use
