So far so good the app doesnt send you a million notifications a day. I will generally get just one if it's getting late in the day reminding me of the workout and I have gotten a second notification that is a bost in confidence telling me I'm doing a good job and keep it up. No complaints from me very easy to use the app right from the start

I waited 5 months before leaving a review, and I have used the app consistently on most days. I started out extremely unfit and unable to hold a plank for more than 10 secs. Now I can hold a plank for up to 2 mins and I can do 10 push ups with proper form, when before I struggled to do just one. This app has been a game changer for me because it kick-started my fitness journey. I have lost almost 70 lbs, and my core strength has improved so much that I have stopped getting menstrual pains now.

the app is great, offers different types of plank challenges (some didn't know they existed 😳), and you can set reminders, which is good. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to start planks. Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced choice is yours.
